We offer a 200 hour Teacher Training Course twice a year. This course is based on Yoga practices with a connected lineage. Helping you to deepen your own practice and learn to facilitate several types of yoga including Slow Flow Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. Other modalities including meditation, asana, pranayama, anatomy, and physiology are explored in this course. All training and guidance is facilitated by Miranda Fontenot.
